Grassy Spur Olives has participated in the National Australian Olive Association Awards since 2011. The outstanding quality of our EVOO has been recognised with multiple awards from International and National EVOO competitions.
2025 HARVEST
This season we had an early harvest due to relatively dry winter. The trees were harvested commencing in mid May to mid June. 2024 was a bumper year whereas this year the yield was lower. The quantity and results remained consistent as reflected in the Australian International Olive Awards with 1 Gold, 1 Silver and 1 Bronze.

2019 HARVEST
This season we were presented with a drier winter than usual. The trees were harvested in June 2019 resulting in an overall mild to robust EVOO. The results were excellent this year in the Australian International Olive Awards with 2 Gold and 4 Silver medals from our 6 entries. Our Picual was awarded Gold in the Robust and Spanish Varietals categories continuing the remarkable run of gold awards for this varietal that clearly loves the Grassy Spur environment.
