Grassy Spur Olives

Our Olive Oil

HAND PICKED, COLD PRESSED OIL

All our oils have a unique rich and spicy flavour perfect for drizzling over salads, roast vegetables, or simply enjoyed with balsamic vinegar and crusty bread.

The oil’s high quality is a result of being carefully picked and processed on-site within 2 to 3 hours.  Environmental care is taken to ensure no pesticides are used and only natural applications on soils.  We have a bee apiary on the grove to promote pollination.

Please store this oil in cool and dark conditions to retain full flavour.

OUR CURRENT HARVEST EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL (2025)

The 2025 harvest did not yield as much as last years bumper crop.  The olives were harvested and processed in mid May to mid June and have been setting in our storage tanks and are now available along with our remaining 2024 stock including our award winning Frantoio.

The Australian International Olive Awards this year has recognised our quality with a number of awards. Three EVOO's were submitted to the AOIA competition this year, all receiving medals:

    Picual              - Gold

    Premium Blend - Silver

    Coratina          - Bronze

Our extra virgin olive oils are available in a variety of bottle sizes and tins in our shop and outlets:

  • 100 ml
  • 250 ml
  • 500 ml
  • 1 Litre bottle
  • 1 Litre tin
