Prices & Payment
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods & Services Tax (GST). Delivery charges are as quoted in the online system. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
Delivery of Goods
Anyone at the specified delivery address who receives the goods shall be presumed by Rupert’s Ridge to be authorised to receive the goods on your behalf. Rupert’s Ridge may request that the person who receives the goods at the delivery address provide satisfactory evidence of proof of age. Rupert’s Ridge will refuse to deliver the goods if the person receiving the goods is unable or unwilling to provide evidence of proof of age.
Breakages
If you receive your order and it is damaged please contact us immediately so that we can organise a replacement or refund. Replacements and refunds will only be given once the damaged goods are returned to our store.
Returns
If some or all of the bottles of wine in a case are broken corked or not of merchantable quality when they are delivered, please notify us as soon as possible. You may choose either to return the whole case for a refund or a replacement. We will refund you as soon as the wine is received.

Shipping/Delivery Policy
We use Australia Post for most deliveries. Orders are despatched within 7 days of order. Delivery times vary throughout Australia but are typically within 1 – 7 days of despatch.

The personal information collected by Rupert’s Ridge is used to ensure that the goods you purchased are delivered to you and that you are advised of any possible changes/cancellations that may occur in relation to the supply of goods ordered. Rupert’s Ridge collects personal financial information to confirm the identity of users and bill customers for products. We will only record your personal information (including e-mail address) if you send us a message. It will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it and related purposes within your reasonable expectations. We will not disclose your personal information for any other purpose without your consent.
