Lemon Agrumato
A single variety EVOO. This special Olive Oil is made with Grassy Spur lemons that are crushed with our olives as the last processing batch of the harvest. This is truly an infused olive oil made in a limited quantity each year. This year the base olive varietal was our award winning Picholine.
| Judges’ Tasting Notes 2026 Big fresh citrus aromas of Eureka lemon citrus, green chilli and spice. Excellent transfer with additional citrus leaf and green lemons. Light in mouthfeel, with pronounced bitter lemon pith flavours and building spicy pungency. A very textured, robust and complex oil that finishes with a long lemony and black pepper persistence. |
