Tasting Notes Fresh tomato aroma with complex notes of citrus, fresh fruits, banana, lettuce and green herbs. Excellent transfer to the palate with complex savoury Greek salad and bitter greens flavours. Light mouthfeel. Balanced pepper and bitterness with a hint of green astringency. A lingering flavoursome complex oil.
