| Judges’ Tasting Notes 2026
Moderate to intense aroma intensity with fresh green grass and salad green characters, accompanied by asparagus, green banana and almond notes. Good transfer on the palate, with herbaceous green characteristics. Balanced bitterness and pungency are evident. Mild to medium chilli leaf builds progressively towards the finish. Overall, a reasonably pleasant oil with clean mouthfeel and freshness. |
